There was an error released in yesterday's version. When exporting OUT.mat files, please leave the process info extension empty instead of ".txt" and you will still be able to export. The issue has been fixed and a new version will be made available today.

UPDATE: The bug has been fixed and the corrected version is available for Download.

A new release of CellProfiler is now available! Download it for free. Be sure also to get the fresh versions of the Examples to match the new release of CellProfiler.

The Papers page has been updated to include recently published and accepted papers using CellProfiler.

Some people have had problems with the Macintosh version of CellProfiler. For some reason, some machines do not recognize the present working directory where CellProfiler is started. To correct this error, we have uploaded a new version of CellProfiler where the user can set the Module directory in the preferences. This new version also has some bug fixes. Please download the new version!
